Holistic Herbal Consultation
Initial Consultation: $75
A holistic herbal consultation consists of a complete intake (generally including health history, symptoms, pulse, tongue, and abdominal assessment), a discussion of herbal remedies and other natural recommendations, and initial follow-up. Consultations aim to recognize the disease pattern, and to consider holistic approaches for the alleviation and elimination of symptoms. Herbal formulas are customized for each individual. Dietary and exercise recommendations are considered.
Nathaniel Whitmore began his studies in herbal medicine as a teenager and has been actively studying, practicing, and teaching ever since. Nathaniel is regarded as a leading expert in the region in the identification and use of wild edible and medicinal plants. Currently, he is working to create a domestically-sourced Chinese herbal pharmacy. Nathaniel has been practicing shiatsu (acupressure) for over 15 years.
