I grew up in the Callicoon area ~ and the energy of this river and land has welcomed me back home in the heart time and time again. It's been a true honor to create River Family Wellness with my husband Jason (with two young daughters in tow), and to share our vision and passions with our community.

My intention is to inspire individuals to reconnect with their bodies and natural rhythms by weaving together ancient traditions and modern techniques. I’m a compassionate and dedicated practitioner with a foundation in both Eastern and Western modalities, seeking to provide therapeutic and relaxing treatments to clients. I'm deeply inspired by all things bodywork, yoga, breathwork, sacred sound, earth medicine, ancestral wisdom and ceremony ~ all of which guide my approach to holistic well-being.

I offer a range of massage modalities, including Therapeutic Relaxation, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Myofascial Release, Shiatsu, Thai, and Integrated East-West. With experience in facilitating sacred spaces, ceremony, meditation, and mindful movement classes, I incorporate breathwork and energy practices to enhance the overall therapeutic experience. My approach is trauma-informed, ensuring a safe, compassionate, and supportive space for healing. My goal is to provide exceptional care, support, and a personalized approach that aligns with each client’s unique journey toward well-being.
